SHOP POLICIES
1:ORDERS
Orders will be processed on day they are ordered, some take longer than others. Cross stitch samplers need time to be designed and stitched so will understandably take the longest length or time. If you require a gift urgently then please let me know and I will give you a rough estimate of time it will be ready.
Any item you want personalised then please contact me via email with colour choice, names, dates and if applicable character you would like.
2:SHIPPING
Shipping will be first class post and an email will be sent once I have been to the post office with your order. If you require a faster delivery option e.g. guarenteed next day delivery then please let me know via email.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
If you want to send it directly as a gift to the recipiant then please let me know and I will email receipt across to yourself. All items whether they are being sent to the buyer or recipiant will come in an organza bags with the exception of cross stitch smaplers.
4:RETURNS
Due to the nature of the gifts, I unfortuanelty cant accept returns. I will email out pictures of your finished project before sending and if you wish to make changes then, I will happily make changes before sending out your gifts.
